My Charger 3 Face won't light up with any information!

I love my Charger 3, but now it the face won't light up. I have done the short reset of 8 seconds as explained on this sight, and also done the longer reset as well. Also changed the clock face, as also

suggested. I can tell from checking on my phone, that my Fitbit is still working and clocking all my steps, etc., but any suggestions on how to get the face to light up again? Any help is appreciated! Thanks!
