My Fitbit Charge 2 HR Light will not go off and is really bright!

My HR light on my Fitbit Charge 2 will not go off and it is really bright.  I have turn off the HR on the app, restarted the Fitbit, and did mutliple syncs....any other ideas or thoughs?
