My fitbit is 12 hours behind. I have tried syncing. I cannot find advanced setting on my fitbit to check timezone. Timezone is correct om iphone. I have updated app. Turned phone off and on.

Let me help you with your Charge 2 time showing incorrectly and thank you for checking your iPhone timezone settings. I suggest you change the timezone settings on your app to a different timezone, save and sync then change it back to the correct timezone. Feel free to follow these instructions to find the timezone settings on your Fitbit app.
