My Fitbit Charge 2 isn't tracking

I just noticed my Fitbit hasn't track anything all day. Is anyone else having this problem? I have already restarted everything as well. It just stays at 645 steps.

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not recording steps and thank you for restarting your device. Have you manually logged any activity for that day? Could you share a screenshot of the activities area on your account?
