I let my Fitbit sit with a completely dead battery for a week and now it won't charge.

@Inchoate Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with your Charge 2 not charging. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can follow these instructions to help your tracker charge.
Let me know how it goes.

Alvaro,
I did try all of these things. It was with in its warranty so I had it replaced. I'm starting to wonder if the charging cable was the issue.

@Inchoate thank you for the update and sorry for the delay in mine.
Really happy to hear that your tracker was replaced by our Support team and thank you for sharing this as it may help other members in the same situation. Not sure if it was the charging cable but I assume that the new one is working fine and hopefully you are already back on track.
Happy stepping and stay safe.
