My Fitbit Charge 2 won't synchronise

My charge 2 keeps showing the message "www.fitbit.com/setup" and no app can locate the device.

 

This is just after 1 year and a half of having purchased this device. So sad.

 

Any idea?

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not syncing. You will need to setup your tracker again. Start by refreshing the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  • After this setup your tracker again.
  • You can find additional suggestions here.
