My Fitbit charge 3 is not working. I’ve have my Fitbit since late December 2018 and it was replace after a battery issue under warranty March 2019 after it not charging properly. Last week the screen went blank when the battery was low. It was then fully charged and try a reset with no improvement. It then dropped all of its charge in under 12hrs and became completely dead with it not even vibrating or green light showing and not charging. Could anyone advise if there is anything that can be done for this?
