Hi, got my Fitbit Charge 3 as a present. Was gping all well and have used it for less than 2 weeks and when i woke up this morning, the display is blank and no lights at the back. Tried restarting by charging, hold for 15 seconds, release and charging again but will not work. Tried holding for 8 seconds also will not work. Help!

Hi @JSAJames One more thing to try. Have a go at changing the clockface in the app. If that doesnt bring it back to life please come back here.

Hello @NellyG . Thank you for your kind reply. i tried launching the app and went to the clock but was not able to change as it mentioned that My device is not connected.
I had it charged to 100% yesterday As well so i am sure is not the battery problem as well.
How can i do next.? Thank you once again.

@JSAJames Welcome to our Fitbit Community and it's great to see you here @ChloeSnickel! I'm happy to assist you with your Charge 3 trackers since their screens stopped turning on. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
I'd like you both to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains the restart process but you can skip if if you already tried it. After trying the steps, charge your Charge 3 trackers for 2-3 hours and see if they come back to life.
Thank you so much for your help @NellyG!
Keep me posted on the outcome!

Hi @JuanJoFitbit , appreciate your reply but as mentioned, i have tried what was stated but it is not working.
Nothing to do with the battery and i tried resetting as recommended. Can you advise?

Hi I have exactly the same problems. Tried the 8 second and 15 second resets - nothing. Total discharge, full re-charge, a small charge - same. The device vibrates on pushing side button, but no screen. will show the re-boot bar and sometimes holds it on the screen and needs a re-boot to clear. Sometime goes to smiley face and won't clear, sometimes it will. No clear pattern. It will not connect to my App so cannot do anything with the clock face. I have the Special Edition and it was a Christmas present so its not very old. Its never been wet, just use for step tracking and link to iPhone for messages etc. Getting very frustrated not being able to use it. What do you advise please?

I'm having the exact same issue with my Charge 3. Nothing is working and it will not longer pair to any device. Not sure what else I can do.

Dear @NellyG , can you be so kind to check with other moderator as it seems @JuanJoFitbit Is not able to assist. I have tried what was suggested and nothings seems to work. My fitbit is just dead, not vibration, motionless and not connecting at all. Thank you and apologies for disturbing you on this.

Same here. Charged battery to 100% last night. Worked fine. Now, will not turn on. No lights on back. Fitbit app cannot find tracker. Cleaned it according to instructions. Will not reboot after multiple attempts. Clock face method did not work. What now?

Same thing happened here. I eventually got it to work but only briefly before there was continuous vibrating and I couldn't make it stop. Not sure ....may just go to different product now to track steps etc since this is the 3rd Fitbit I'm buying in 3 years!

@JSAJames did this get resolved? I have the same issue only mine isn't turning on even briefly, finding for a sync or frankly anything instead of vibrating when button pushed. If they fixed for you, would be wonderful to know how?
Thanks!!
