My charge 3 first was just a blank screen, then started switching rapidly from home screen to screen awake/notifications screen without stopping. When I plugged it in to the charger it looked OK, so I left it for a while. When I unplugged it, it just kept switching between all the screens rapidly. I tried restarting it, got to the smiley face, but didn't fix anything. Now it is back to black screen and not responsive at all, even when plugged in to charger. It's less than 6 months old! Is there any recourse to a dead fitbit? Is there at least a 6 month's guarantee?

This is what has happened to mine
Freaked out switching between all manus constantly vibrating after each switch. This then changed to the smiley face saying charged but lasted 15 minutes before uncharged.
Now black screen but can feel vibrations but can see nothing.
Again six months old
Some advice please
Have tried to reset for the 15 seconds also tried to change clock face but it will not (this was another suggestion elsewhere)
Please help

Mine just started doing this today, I did the same thing and thought it was better but now it's just a black screen. It vibrates when I push the side button but that's all and my phone can't connect to it. In the middle of a workout, no less. Very frustrating.

Tried restarting it multiple times, now wil not even vibrate when attached to the charger, wil not sync with my phone. Totally dead. No lights on the back, can't find any usable suggestions on the forum.

I tried all the steps sent John Paul and the Fitbit Team, to no avail. Tried them multiple times and kept getting different responses: smiley face, progress bar, empty batter symbol, etc. Nothing worked, and there is still a black screen when not on the charging cable.

Mine started doing the same thing today. Not sure if there has been a resolution, or if it was covered by warranty? I did attempt to reset multiple times while charging the device.

My Charge 3 just started behaving exactly as described on this thread. I ordered directly from FitBit on 02/19/2019, is it covered by warranty?

Ever since the app updated roughly six hours ago, this has been happening. Even when the fit bit is not being worn and just sitting on my desk. Would uninstalling the app and reinstalling help this issue?

My Fit Bit has acted exactly the same buzzing, switching screens then it was really hot when I charged it so I did not put it on but left it at the side and it dropped the charge completely within 30mins and now won’t take any charge - most disappointing considering this one was a replacement for a previous faulty one

My fit bit charge 3 has started vibrating and flickering randomly. It's about 18 months old.
First started a few weeks ago in the middle of the night by randomly vibrating causing me to wake up so I took it off and let the battery die.
Next day I charged it up and all was good for about 3 days, then it started again, vibrating and flicking between screens
Since then, its been totally dead, and won't even respond after being put on charge.
Any ideas?

My fitbit charge 3 is doing the same thing since i charged it 2 days ago after the battery ran low. Now it wont eork st all. Waiting until monday to call support. Really hope they can help i love my fitbit.

My FitBit3 is doing this same thing - vibrating, switching to screen wake/notification screen. I've rebooted several times and even tried resetting - no change.
