My Fitbit Charge 3 screen has lines on it

I have 10 months with my Fitbit and now it’s starting to appear lines in the screen. This is happening with my sister’s Fitbit too! How can I fix this

Should be under warranty. happen to mine and they replace it it now has lines again and is out of warranty  😞
