Hi recently my fibit charge 3 display is too dim to see, despite I didn’t change any setting; it is set to normal since I purchased it over a year ago.
not only my fibit charge 3 but also the one I bought for my daughter few months later than mine also has problems: the screen just become half back and lots white stripes and is not readable at all.
we used the reset methods (holding over 15 seconds) as described in your discussion boardroom, but it’s useless! Both the screens of our fibit charge 3 are too dim and not table!!!
i Hope these issues can be fixed otherwise I felt I wasted my money by purchasing total 4 fibit charge 3 and 4 for my family (not sure the other two will have the screen dim problem coming up in the near future!). Do I need to abandon fibit and change to the Apple Watch camp?
please help!

How do I fix this for good? I've had it for only two and a half years and I was very happy with it until maybe a month and a half ago when it started to get difficult to watch. I have tried changing the brightness to normal and restarting it, but it keeps getting worse and worse.
It's still tracking my workouts but I can no longer see anything, except when I wake up at night and it's dark I can barely see something

I have been reading so many posts about the same issue. I paid a good amount of money expecting it would last about five years, but looks like I can get the same quality for a less-than $50 tracker, and without paying the $80 yearly Premium subscription.

This is how it started for me. Initially could still see part of the screen and now it is black, but still tracks my workouts and my sleep. I know it is not the battery because it lasts longer now that my device is using less resources.
But I am done with Fitbit, I am investigating options like iWatch, Coros and Garmin.

Now my fibit charge 3 can’t even stitch screen from heart rate to floor#, it also stopped taking measures for my oxygen variation one month ago when the screen starts getting the dim issue!
