My fitbit was perfectly fine before the battery died. However, after I charged it, the screen won't show anything anymore. I charge it again in case I didn't plug it properly, I can see "charging" symbol on the screen but it still show nothing after charged a few hours later.. What Can I do?? I can see green flashing light when i charge it.

After I did the reset, it worked for about another two months and then quit all together. I had to purchase another unit.

Hi, I received this Fitbit a couple years ago and never unboxed until now. Charged it over night, lights on back are lit up. This morning the face of the device is black and I think I see a very dim shadow of the battery on the display. I tried the reset instructions x3 and still nothing on the screen. How do I proceed?
