My Fitbit Charge is not tracking anything

Guys - my Fitbit is not showing how many steps I am taking  / heart beat / anything other than the time - how do I fix this please?

@Ellieh88 Welcome to our Community! It sounds as if your tracker hasn't been paired yet or is just not working correctly. Try restarting it by doing the following:

1.- Plug your charging cable into the USB port and insert the other end into the port on the back of your Fitbit Charge. Your Charge will begin charging.
2.- Press and hold the button for 10 to 12 seconds until you see the Fitbit icon and a version number (e.g. "V30").
3.- Let go of the button.
4.- Unplug your tracker from the charging cable.

If you haven't set it up then please check this article that gives several options on how to do this.
