Hi, @SurbhiKumari , if you manually log sleep you will not get a sleep analysis or sleep score.  This is only available if your sleep is automatically detected.  You also will not get this if you use the “start sleep” function in the app.

In order to get a sleep score your Fitbit will need to be able to detect your heart rate consistently.  Your Fitbit should be snug on your wrist but not tight, your battery should be charged to at least 20% and your sleep period should be at least 3 hours.  Could any of these factors explain why you are not getting sleep information in your app?

Is this a new issue you are experiencing with your sleep analysis?  Have you ever received a sleep score?

If you need more help please post again giving as much information as possible and someone may be able to troubleshoot this for you.  Welcome to the forums!

Same problem with my Versa..

i rarely get a sleep score or breakdown

I wear at night the same as i always have.

And tried different tightness levels, literally every thing but

its still totally erratic.

Does this mean it dying??

I do know it’s aggravating as hell, and makes me want to kill it.

I have Fitbit Versa.

I wear as recommended every night.

Still only get sleep score, and breakdown about 29% of time, even tho I wear it the same way…

Its terribly erratic, to the point of being rather useless.

Any suggestions?
