Let me help you with your Fitbit app. What type of issue are you having with the app? Could you describe the problem? Do you get an error message? Could you share a screenshot of what you are seeing on the app? Why do you think removing the tracker would fix the issue? Is this in fact a syncing issue? The more information I have the better I will be able to assist you.
