Hello @Ibrahimkamel welcome to the Community Forums, it's a pleasure to assist you today.

Seems odd that your device is behaving in such way, certainly this is not a common situation nor the way it was designed. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to restart your device following the next steps:

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port.
  3. Make sure the button on your tracker is aligned with the button opening on the charging cable. You’ll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker’s display.
  4. Press and hold the button to restart your tracker:
    • For Charge 2—press and hold the button on your tracker for 4 seconds. When you see the Fitbit logo and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
  5. Unplug your tracker from the charging cable.

Let me know how it goes, I'll be around.

I’m having the same issue. Just started 2 days ago when I took my Fitbit off the charger. It continuously flicks through screens, turns exercises on and off, vibrates all day. Pressing the button does nothing. I’ve let the battery drain completely several times and then changed it to full and that didn’t fix it. Ive also reset it while plugged into the charger and that didn’t fix it either. Any other suggestions?  It’s only 2 years old. I use it everyday :-(.

I have this exact same problem. Fitbit is barely 2 years old and is now unusable due to it cycling through the apps and vibrating. It will not hold a charge for even one day! Please help!
