My Fitbit charge 2 just went black and wouldn’t turn on when I tap it or lift my wrist or when I press the button, I’m sure it’s not flat because I charged it the day before, and I only ever need to charge it after 5 to 6 days. The 2 green lights are steady, I tried everything but nothing works and still working 😭 Please help!! I love my tracker 🙏

@IreneHart  Welcome! It's great to see you around! Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 isn't working. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.
