My Fitbit charge 2 screen froze at 8:06 this morning

Hi, I’m really hoping you can help me with my current situation. It appears my Fitbit charge 2 is froze as of this morning. I’ve tried the reset thing multiple times, have even logged out and back in on app and nothing seems to be working. I use my Fitbit 5 days a week to track my gym calories and so this is very discouraging for me please help. The screen with time of 8:06 and 2000 steps doesn’t change no matter how many times I push or hold that button down. Please help. ASAP.

Hi @Msgrumpy  since you ordered another Fitbit, guess you won't be using this one again?
