Hi,

 

My new fitbit  charge 3 not working while unplugged. While plugged it doesn't show any charging symbol. Battery showing as --and when unplugged, it just turning off. Please  help me regarding this.

 

Tried:

-Restarting
-Clearing user data

-Rebooting device.
