My Fitbit charge 3 background is broken. I have never knocked it and have tried everything including reset, long reset and change the clock face. I have also tried to uninstall and then reinstall. Unfortunately it is just over the 1 year warranty. Is there any way I can get this fixed? I have an iPhone and weighing scales which are linked to my Fitbit.

Mine also did this for no reason I contacted fitbit and they replaced it .but this is the 3rd replacement I have had not impressed with the charge 3 at all .hope you get sorted
