My Fitbit charge 3 shows the Fitbit diamond on the screen with the numbers 001 underneath.

I press the screen and nothing happens. Other posts talk about pressing the reset button. Is that the dimple on the left side of the tracker? (It's not really a button) I hold that and nothing happens either.

My charge 3 has had a blank screen for 6 hours. Tried reset etc but no joy. The screen lit up just now, also with the Fitbit diamond showing and number 100 underneath. The device doesn’t respond to button and won’t change screen. Perplexed....
