My Fitbit is stuck on the update bar

I tried the normal way by turning off the bluetooth and removing device it still doesnt work. please help

I'm having the same problem. When I restart it, it works for a short time then goes back to the update with an exclamation point.

I am having the same problem on my Charge HR.......I have tried resetting.......I have tried unpairing, deleting device off fitbit app.......but now it wont let me reconnect and finish update or start a new one.......idk what else to do......CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME??????M
