It's nice to see our Community is growing @Erin0316! Try restarting your tracker by following the steps @SunsetRunner provided in this thread, also make sure your timezone has been set correctly on your tracker.

It tells me that my access is denied. I have the same problem and can't figure out how to fix it.

For Computer
Then go to setting on your dashboard. Scroll down to time zone expand it and change it there. Go to the very bottom and select submit
Phone. Look for settings then Time zone and change it
It must sync before it will take place
