My Fitbit Changed the time so I went to sync and it said “device not found” then I deleted the charge hr off my phone and I went to download it again but it just won’t sync.

I have a ZBlaze and my Fitbit charge HR will not sync for notifications. I have tried literally EVERYTHING. It's never worked. Can anyone help me?

I am having the exact same problem and have tried all the 'fixes' I've been able to find. All I get now is 'device not found'. I always kept it on 'All Day Sync' but something changed and it just won't work at all now. I cannot find a way around this problem. I have a Galaxy Luna J3 that is less than 6 months old. The Fitbit still counts and all, just won't sync.

Same problem unable to sync for 4 days, tried everything including removing tracker from the app. Now I cannot connect the tracker back to the app so where that leave me?

It means that you need to fix the sync issue before the app will find the tracker.
First step is to remove the tracker from the phone.

Eventually after a day of removing and re-installing both app and tracker something just clicked and all is good now. , syncing on laptop, phone and tablet. . It was like the proverbial, try, try, and try again.

Please do not yell by typing in caps.
Also be aware that if the tracker is connected to one of your devices, you may not be able to sync through a different device.

Only connected to one device. Sorry that is not the problem but thanks for trying! It may help someone else.

Already tried uninstalling & reinstalling the tracker. Still won't sync 😞

Same problem here. I uninstalled then attempted to reinstall my Fitbit and now it says that it cannot find the device at all.

Same problem, phone in my hand and tracker on wrist but neither can be found.
