Both my home and work PCs stopped showing sleep and heart rate.  On both, Charge 2 shows as connected, the icons have just gone away.  They're not hidden, they both disappeared. Since it happened on 2 separate devices, it must be your coding.  I hive seen before where your coders have not done QA and then things are buggy until they decide to fix it.  Please fix now.  Thanks

I will gladly assist you with the missing icons. This isn't normal nor we have any ongoing issue. Still I would like to have some screenshots of your online Dashboard. You can also setup your tracker again to your account to see if this helps resolve the issue.

Hmm, seems kind of funny.  Whenever I complain about coding and/or QA, the problem gets resolved.  As someone who codes, I know how important extensive testing is.  Can upper management there implement something to make sure coding updates are devoid of unintended problems?  It is working as it was before now.
