Great to see you around @Caar. If you can't see your steps from your iOS device, please verify that you have the steps tile by doing the following:
1. Open the Fitbit app.
2. Tap Edit in the top-right corner.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
4. Check the circle next to the tile you would like to show.
5. Tap Done when finished.
If you do have the tile, do a force sync by doing the following:
1. Open the Fitbit app from your iOS device. Sign into your account if you haven't done so already.
2. Tap your tracker name at the top of the app dashboard.
3. Make sure your tracker has battery life and bring it near to your iOS device.
4. Scroll down and tap the "Sync Now" tile and wait for the sync to complete.
I hope this helps, let me know how it goes!

Welcome to the Community @CLKing315. Please verify that your tracker is paired to your account. At the moment of opening the app and see your Dashboard you should see the "Charge HR" tile (see attached image). If you are not able to see it, please follow the Setup Procedure to paired your tracker.
Let me know the outcome!

My edit button is on the top left and when I tap on it and scroll to the bottom, there is nothing additional there.

Welcome to the Community @Annie_M. If you are not able to see your tiles, please confirm that your tracker is paired. If it is not paired you won't be able to see the Charge HR tile and need to follow the Setup Procedure.
Let me know the outcome!

I've just had an issue with my steps not showing in the graph. The tile is there, the "today" tile shows a number of steps, calories etc, but the graph for the whole week is blank. The graph was there yesterday.
Any suggestions about how to get the graph back would be appreciated.

I see nothing named "edit" anywhere on the app. The "synch" information on the top is also gone.

Which of the 4 apps or you using? On Android it is on the bottom of the screen.
Why not look at Fitbits interactive, extensive help docs http://help.fitbit.com/?q=Tiles

1. Slide down and tap Edit
2. Select the tiles you want to remove or add
3. Tap the check icon in the upper right corner
4. Sync
I hope this helps, let me know the outcome.

My fitbit dashborad on my computer shows only 7 day average steps. It doesn't show either today's steps or a previous day's steps. Screenshot attached.

I was told that I am eligible to receive a replacement because my fitbit is
not syncing and we have tried everything.
Please advise what action needs to take place so I can receive a new fitbit.

@Relmore1 do you still have the message from "who told you", I would ask them, not your fellow Fitbit users.

My problem resolved when the new dashboard became available. I think the new one was available later on my phone and there is no longer a problem.
However, and a big however, now I have another issue. I bought my Charge 2 in January. Last week it stopped showing my info (time, date, steps) when I turn my wrist, as in looking at a watch. It's a blank screen. I need to push the side button to see the info. I've tried turning and flicking my wrist dozens of ways, to no avail. Is there a solution? Should I return it/exchange it?
