My account was hacked.

I was hacked, I do NOT twitter and will not. I can not find a way to e-mail fitbit and have wasted alot of time using this useless trouble shooting process. What is fitbit doing about this kind of activity and can I get my old data back? If not what is the point of me using Fitbit?
