Hi, I’ve read quite a few reply’s on how to fix the band when it falls off! Unfortunately mine is broken and it’s not fixable. It fell off while I was cleaning my kitchen!! I received my Fitbit as a gift. I have no idea where it was purchased.
I’m pretty bummed out. Can you Track to see where this was purchased and if they can replace it?? I know it wasn’t from Costco because of the packaging. Otherwise I would take it back to them. They have great customer service and would replace it. What do you suggest and is this product only good for less than two years??
