Hi
over the last month or so my Fitbits charge only lasts a day.. if that.
ive tried rebooting it a few times from following other threads.

Me too. Seems like it started with firmware 28.20001.88.11. I’ve already tried the battery draining steps ( rebooted device, turned off screen wake ...). My battery draining roughly 15% an hour, where normally it lasted 5-6 days. Paired with my android v10 Pixel phone running app version 3.30.
is there any way to roll back the firmware to earlier version? Or other steps to try?

I’ve not even had mine a year yet! Yeah the battery used to last me a week too.. then all of a sudden it started to die after a few hours

I should add that my Fitbit isn’t even a year old yet..... and I’m obviously not the only one having problems with the same issue

My Charge 3 is over a year old and the battery wont hold a charge since the update. Customer service did nothing but offer a discount on a new fitbit. With older tracker issues they walked me through a reboot but not this time. I hoped they would go through the changes the update made so I could turn things off I dont need, but no. I asked to undo the update but they said it cannot be done. Any moderator out there who can suggest a fix other buying a new tracker? I already found a problem with the low battery warning and fixed that and wonder if there is anything that is running in the background causing the drain.

Possible partial solution: since they changed a lot with the Alarms app with this last firmware, I tried deleting the two alarms I had set up, and did settings->about->reboot device.
Results so far: made the change 4 hours ago, so far it’s lost 15% in that time. Slowed the battery loss a bit.
