My battery is charged but device won't work

This morning I realized my battery was low. As I'm taking the band off to charge it cuts off and doesn't turn back on. The device is charged. When I take it off the charger the device is warm but doesn't turn on. I tried the restart. Didn't work. I haven't poked it, or immersed it. Wiped charge spots. So angry
