My bike exercise has not been synced to the App

Today I had bike riding. In the end of it I clicked the button to stop the exercise and right in that moment Fitbit Charge 4 switched off because of minus temperature outside. Each time before I have seen my exercise in the App till the moment of switching off. Today there is no any information about exercise and the map. It is very disappointing...

Have you tried restarting the Charge 4 and syncing it again?
