Charge 2 only synced 813 steps yesterday. Fitbit has been restarted about 10 times, deleted and reloaded the app on my iphone, turned bluetooth on/off, phone on/off nothing seems to work.
When I look at my dashboard on the PC my walk alone yesterday was 7,234 steps, this is not showing in the app either - why then is it showing on the dashboard on the pc ...... how can I get my steps downloaded onto the app, there must be about 16,000 or 17,000

Let me help you with your missing steps and thank you for the troubleshooting done. I would like to have screenshots of what you see on both platforms. Also make sure you are using the same Fitbit account and that both have the same email address.

Thanks for your response, screen shots of dashboard and walk from pc when I'm logged on. Don't know how to do a screenshot on the phone 😞

@Janet2809 thank you for the screenshots and sorry for the late reply.
They are both the same activity so this is really odd. I suggest you log out from the app (don't uninstall it). restart your iPhone and log back in to view the data again.

I have done as you asked, logged out, turned phone off, phone back on, logged back into app but no difference, still showing exactly the same 813 steps for the day and 813 steps for the walk

Lots of people cause Fitbit intentionally did an update to make charge 2 not work properly so you would buy charge 3. Fitbit gives you no answers, no help but hundreds of charge 2 just stop receiving notifications around same time...ya don't think so. Your issue wnt get resolved and you will get bull**ahem** answer from them
