Hi, I’ve asked this question before and was advised to do a reset and if problem persists take screen shots so that’s what I’ve done. I wear my charge 2 at night to monitor my sleep. I get up in the morning and go to the gym where I take it off and leave it in my bag as it would otherwise get damaged in my workouts. When I put it back on afterwards it overwrites my correct sleep data with simplified incorrect data, thinking I’ve been asleep the whole time I’ve been in the gym. It’s very annoying as not only is it completely wrong I can’t get the correct data back. See below for screen shots after and before the gym today:

This is one issue that I know I have the correct response for you! When you take your Charge 2 off it is then not receiving any pulse rate and your device believes that you in fact are not wearing it and that also happens when you charge your device. I hope that I was able to answer your issue for you!

Hi thank you but I think you have misunderstood. The problem I’m having is my Fitbit thinks I’m wearing it when I’m not and is logging time spent in my gym bag as sleep. It doesn’t seem to realise when I’ve taken it off.
