Hi, @Lest1 it sounds like your Charge 2 has not synced. Please have a look at this help article and carefully work through the steps, except I would definitely NOT remove from my account a Fitbit that won’t sync as my experience suggests that that is unlikely to solve the problem and may make things worse.
My favourite technique for forcing a sync is to log out of the Fitbit account and log back in again - but be sure you know the email address and password connected to the account.

@Lest1 the answer is probably still the same. Your steps cannot transfer from your Fitbit to the app unless it syncs. So it sounds like it is not syncing. If you can get it to sync your steps should appear in your app!
If you would like someone to try to help further, please can you give more information? What phone do you use? Have you recently changed phones? When did your Charge 2 last sync? Please give as much information as possible.
