My charge 3 has not synced since july 17-2020

I have gone over all the options to sync and to update new software, but it still will not sync. How do I fix this.

I have the same problemas you. I bought mine durectly from Fitbit in May 2020 and it stopped syncing in August! I have repeatedly followed all the steps for removing all paired devices, repairing my charge 3, uninstalling and reinstalling the app etc and nothing works. I get to add the pairing code into my app and then it fails to connect time and time again. Its a complete joke that an item stops functioning/loses key functions at least than 4 months old! We need to have it fixed or be refunded.
