My charge 3 isn’t syncing.. but it actually si

I have tried restarting my Fitbit and phone and it still says it’s not syncing, but it is. 
On my phone where the green line is usually saying the progress of its sync, is always red. Help!

Hi @Cree.Kiwi What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List  ?

How do you know it IS syncing?

Hi I’m using an iPhone 8. 
At the top of my dashboard where it shows the devices syncing, it will go 3/4 of the way and then at the end the line goes red saying device won’t sync. 
I can get it to sync if I reset it every 3rd day or so. 
I also cannot track my walks! So frustrating

Iphone 8 should work. Try all the suggestions in THIS  Help Article on syncing problems.

 

When you say it wont track your walks, is it the automatic tracking that doesnt work, or are you using the exercise shortcut?
