My charge 3 screen states sync calender to tracker in fitbit mobile app, done this 10 times, deleted app & device 8 times, turned Samsung galaxy 10 off & on numerous times but can not get message to go. Any ideas, this fitbit is 3 weeks old & never had a problem with my versa ?

I'm sorry to hear that you are having difficulties to get your calendar to sync. Thank you for the information provided and for trying to resolve the issue before contacting us.
To resolve the issue please do the following:
- Go to your Fitbit account settings.
- Tap the Charge 3.
- Tap Apps.
- Find Agenda.
- Tap the cog to the right and log into your online calendar account.
