My charge 3 keeps vibrating and won't turn on! Every time I hold it down to try and turn it on it keeps vibrating until I take my hand off and yet the screen is black. Please help

Did you do the software/firmware update recently?  There have been many users reporting that, after doing the update, their Charge 3s have had severe battery drain and/or screen failures.  If yours is still under a year old, I'd reach out to fitbit support via their live chat or twitter to get it replaced under warranty.
