It's only a few months old. I plug it it and it comes up as charging but not going above 3%. It completely ran out of charge before I plugged it in.

Hello @Sh3lley

I would try allowing it to charge for a couple of hours to see if the issue corrects its self. If the problem persists try restarting your Charge 4. You will not lose any data doing a restart. While it’s being charged press and hold the button on your Charge 4 until you see a smiley face appear then release the button. You will feel the Charge 4 vibrate indicating the restart is complete.

😉 I’m hoping this resolves the issue and provides you an answer your charging problem. Please let me know

I can't restart it (so no smiley face) as that's not working either. Cleaned the pins/connectors on the watch and charger but still not charging any more than 3%. Been like this for nearly two days now ☹️ it's only a couple of months old.

Oh my @Sh3lley

I’m so sorry restarting your Fitbit Charge 4 didn’t help. Great idea to check your charging cable pins! Can you try at least one more thing? Can you try changing your Charge 4 clock face through the Fitbit App? I’ve seen that sometimes help.
