My charge 4 isn't recording most of my exercise

Basically a while ago my fitbit stopped recording stuff like steps, heart rate and sleep. I didn't do anything about it for a while but know I am wondering what has happened to it. Any ideas?

Just to confirm and avoid confusions. The display on your Charge 4 is working but not data is being recorded, right?

After syncing do you see any info on your app dashboard?

Have you try restarting your Charge 4?How do I restart my Fitbit device?

I’m having the same problem. And it’s about 10 months old! 

No heart rate or steps being counted.

Had stopped working or showing any display even though it was fully charged!

Changed clock face and even rebooted multiple times - no help!

I'm confused @AditBhagat this thread is something about recording exercises or maybe about not seeing data within the exercise detail, or maybe not seeing any heart rate data. 

Are you saying that your display doesn't light up, or that after a sync, no steps, heartrate show in the app?

It’s not recording steps or heart rate.

The display shows everything but it’s these that aren’t being recorded - at all!
