So my Fitbit charge hr was acting weird his morning so I plugged it in and waited till it was at full charge. When it was finished, it was acting as if the button on the side was being pressed. When I pressed the button it seemed to do nothing. Taping on the body seamed to work though. Because the Fitbit thought I was holding the button, it went into timer mode with no way to turn it off (Because the button wasn’t working). I tried holding down the button to see if that would take it off of timer mode but the display turned solid white for about 15 seconds. Then it displayed the word “vide” wile vibrating. After that an error code popped up but went away to fast for me to take a picture. After that it said erase then said off. I haven’t been able to turn it on since then.
