My do use quit tracking today and is about 10000 steps short of actual. I am trying to track calories in, calories out and this is messing with my results.
is there someway to augment the shortage.
not sure why the divide quit tracking. The battery was low but not dead. Very annoying.

Hi, it's good to see you around the community forums for the first time, @Libu05.
I appreciate the information provided about the inconvenience with the Charge 4.
It's recommended to have at least 25% of battery level, but it's a bit strange that your device just stopped tracking activity. Please try restarting your device and check if you continue to experience the same behavior.
Regarding the steps that are missing, you can also manually log an activity on the Fitbit app so override the data recorded for a specific period of time with the desired stats.
