Hi
Do not buy a fitbit .My charge 3 screen blanked out just before 2 years .My charge 4 not even a year old and the battery runs flat within a few hours. I have escalated this to fitbit and after fighting they agreed to replace the device. They send me the incorrect waybill and when I requested the correct waybill they just stopped communication.
So please do not buy a fitbit as the support has been shocking!!

Our products are indeed designed and made to last (this goes for each product component) however, there is not an infallible way to ensure that no issues will be present in the long run. Because of this, our Warranty Policy is set into providing as much coverage as we can.

Fitbit did acknowledge that they would replace my charge 4 as it is still under warranty . They did send me the waybill to ship my product back to them and after going to FEDEX offices to ship the parcel they informed me that the waybill fitbit send me was the incorrect waybill and that's what I queried with fitbit. The response was almost immediate when I raised this with them and now a week later not a peep from fitbit Do you honestly want to tell me that it takes them a week to generate a new waybill?
