My experience with my Charge 3 trackers

Why am I asking this, well I've been through four in four years. My second charge 3 just died, this was a replacment under warranty for one that died last year and convienatly has made it two months past my warrantly.

My wife has exactly the same fitbit but has not had any issues with hers. I ask myself what am I doing wrong, am i just unlucky or am i actually doing something that causes them to fail?

It stays on my wrist at all times except showers, baths, swiming or charging.

I'm now debating if fitness trackers are a disposable item should i simply buy a cheep on from Amazon that has the functionality i.e tracker, HR etc and and not worry about it if it dies in a year.

Anyone else having these issues?

Hello there @Rj74, welcome to the Community Forums. We apologize for the late response, due to recent events affecting our operations, we're taking longer to respond.

I'm sorry to hear that you're going through this situation with your Charge 3 trackers. I have had the Ionic and Charge 3 and both of them have been working as expected, I'm wear my Charge 3 daily since it has been launched.

Please note that our main purpose is to avoid negative experiences to our customers, we're always willing to help and provide troubleshooting steps. Then, if the tracker is deemed defective we review eligibility using the one year warranty option.

Additionally, our products are indeed designed and made to last (this goes for each product component) however, there is not an infallible way to ensure that no issues will be present in the long run. Because of this, our Warranty Policy is set into providing as much coverage as we can.

I'm here to help you, so I'd appreciate if you can provide me with some details of the issue you are currently experiencing with your tracker to go from there.
