My experience with my Charge 3

I am so over fitbit . This thing is a piece of junk . It wont keep an accurate heart rate it give's me stairs when I did not use stairs Getting it to sync is a full time job . This thing has been reset more time than i can count.  When I call to get help the people are very nice but outside of them saying I need to reset it that is about all they can do . Not to mention the oxygen saturation meter it claimed it had but still does not . I wish I could take it back and I will never get another one .

I'm sorry to hear that you're going through this situation with your Charge 3. I appreciate your feedback for the Fitbit Charge 3 and our Customer Service.

 

Please note that our main purpose is to avoid negative experiences to our customers, we're always willing to help and provide troubleshooting steps. Then, if the tracker is deemed defective we review eligibility using the one year warranty option.

 

Additionally, our products are indeed designed and made to last (this goes for each product component) however, there is not an infallible way to ensure that no issues will be present in the long run. Because of this, our Warranty Policy is set into providing as much coverage as we can.

 

As you've mentioned, you've already spoken to our Customer Support Team  who have provided your some recommendations and tips to improve the accuracy of your Charge 3. If you continue having issues, please don't hesitate to contact them back so they can continue assisting you.

I still have a hard time getting it to sync up . I have to do it several times in a row to get everything for example most of it will sync but the minutes wont so I have to do it again it gives me stairs when I don't have any. I just tried to sync it twice while typing you this email and it still has not synced it said failed to sync and make that three times now . It has also frozen up where i can't scroll at all to see anything else .Now make that four times still wont sync . I should not and will not keep resetting this device just to get it to work . I got this in December 2019 and would have waited for the charge 4 but was told then it was not coming out yet. You also have not gotten the feature oxygen saturation sensor working as of yet which is why I upgraded to the 3 in first place . And by the way I just tried number five still wont sync .This is a piece of junk I am not happy . This is a lot of money for me and I fell like I just flushed it down the toilet.
