I set my HR and completed two different workouts. However, only the data from one transfered onto my dashboard after syncing. This has happened twice now. This messes up my weekly tracking numbers.

I'm sorry to hear that one of your workouts wasn't transferred to your Fitbit account. Please make sure that your phone is part of the list of compatible devices. If it's not compatible, you might still be able to sync but we won't be able to guarantee that everything will work as intended.
I would still recommend performing a restart to your Fitbit Charge 2 by following these steps.
If necessary, you can manually log your missing workout by following these instructions.
