My Charge2 fitbit use to sync all my information to my Iphone 7 32G. But now it does not transfer heart rate zones, my step count for the day or my sleep stages. I have tried powering down both my phone and Fitbit and it did not help. I deleted the Fitbit app and reloaded and still it will not sync with the above mentioned items. . 

Is there something else I could try.

I'm having this same issue! I don't understand why they won't sync.

Im Also having same

issue! App won’t sync like usual. Also yesterday I still had battery life and all of a sudden today it was zilch! Very weird! Never got the notification or email battery needs recharging. I’ll be following!
