My fitbit did not change to reflect the advance hour of our time change. I even tried syncing.

Hello @Debmilm
May I suggest you force a sync via the reboot of the Fitbit ? To restart a charge 4, press and hold the button on your tracker for 8 seconds. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted. You must be plugged in to the charger to do this.
