My fitbit charger 2

  • Hi, my charger 2 is showing everything backwards and part of the information is off screen. It starts about 3 days ago and still with no changes. Can someone please help?

For example: 12:23 looks like 32:21 but with the numbers backwards too.

Try a restart .  Put on charger; hold in side button until you see the Fitbit logo - about 4 seconds.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
