I got a fitbit for christmas and I’ve worn it constantly since. The thing is, it has never registered my sleep correctly. The time I wake up in the moring is always correct (or at least only a few minutes off) but for some reason the time of going to sleep is always a couple of hours off. It registers me going to sleep every night between 1 and 2 am even though I usually go to sleep around 4 am or later. I know I can manually change the hours but I have no way of knowing the other information is correct and it would just be way easier to not have to adjust the hours every morning.
I wear my fitbit correctly, about 2 fingers’ width from my wrist bone. Tight enough but not too tight. I’ve restarted it but that doesn’t help. I don’t know what else I can do to solve this, tracking my sleep was one of the main reasons for wanting a fitbit and I’d love for it to work.

Yes - I have an issue with sleep recording too.

I forgot to add something. Sometimes it’ll show I slept for a couple of hours during the middle of the day while I was wide awake.
